| Ultra Pure system consists Pre-treatment, Reverse Osmosis
System (Pass One and Pass two), Mix bed system and Ultra pure
water cycling system. Each module was built together on the
base, which covers wiring, cable, and process. There are TOC
rejection equipment, nuclear grade ion resin and absolute purification
for the choice of combination. The system is also able to be
exactly designed according to user's need; such as Particle,
Bacterial, TOC, purity, daily demand, essential ion resin, absolute
purification, material of wiring, etc elements, which are combined
completely. Also, PLC control panel dominates the need of pressure
in the post-treatment. Mix bed is the merchandise of larger
volume system. It is consist of PLC control, Tower storage tank,
auto recycling, and high level purity. The safety inventory
of all necessary equipment of Ultra pure water system can be
made delivery of "Just in Time". Such as: all kinds
of nuclear grade resin combined with recycling style and abandoned
style system, FRP tower tank, filters of 7 pieces in one, 5
pieces in one and capability 3 piece in one, and absolute cartridges.
